Basic level mechanic position available. Employee works for the Shop Manager. Preforms work in maintenance, inspection and repair of farm equipment and vehicles. Capable of completing assigned tasks independently. as well as with other mechanics. Any other tasks assigned by shop management.
Perform preventative maintenance on farm equipment by testing, adjusting, cleaning and replacing worn parts.
Preform preventative maintenance on work trucks and vehicles by testing, adjusting, cleaning and replacing worn parts.
Experience using a variety of hand tools and mechanized tools.
Basic hydraulic system maintenance and repair
Basic 12 volt electrical maintenance and repair
Basic knowledge of HVAC maintenance and repair
Applicant must pass drug testing.
