We are seeking a conscientious and dependable dispatcher / Customer Service Rep for a very busy Towing company Location.

Qualities of the successful candidate:

Must work well under pressure in a fast environment

Communicate well with drivers and customers

Display dedication to outstanding customer service

Be outgoing and pleasant under stress

Have an excellent attention to detail

Be capable of multi-tasking

Have excellent language skills and a clear speaking voice (Multi-lingual applicants a plus)

Be adaptable and a good learner

General duties are as follows:

Driver Communication & Tracking

Customer service (Phone / Fax / E-mail / Text)

Data Entry and Scanning

Weekend availability is necessary! We are a drug free work place .

Experience within the Towing industry in particular is a major plus, A knowledge of the Md / Va / DC area is also a plus. We are willing to train the right person who possesses the qualities we seek.
