• Field, record, track, and document help desk requests including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution in a courteous manner

• Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician

• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level including installing and upgrading and patching software and hardware

• Recommend, schedule, and perform desktop hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs

• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders

• Bachelor degree in information systems, computer science or other related IT field

• Exceptional technical knowledge of Windows based desktop applications (ie Office 365), hardware, internal components and peripheral devices

• Excellent communication skills with focus on delivering exceptional customer service
