Clinical Trial Program Lead

Clinical Trial Program lead Must have experience in implementing large virtual clinical trial software delivery Must have experience in AWS/Azure IoT Platform Must have experience of Cloud, Mobility Must have delivered product & service via Onshore Offshore model [Co-located or distributed team ] and working out of client location Strong experience in Medical & Pharma Domain Experience in SAAS for Medical / Pharma Deep understanding on Medical / Pharma related Compliance & Standards Must have 6+yrs of experience in working on offshore onshore delivery model Experience and high degree of comfort in Agile methodology, Scaled Agile, DevOps is expected. Experienced in executing both Fixed bid, T&M projects Qualification and experience - A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with 14-16 yrs experience handling life science and healthcare projects required for this position. PMP or other relevant certifications will be a plus. Clinical Trial Program Lead (Program Lead) shall be responsible for initiating programs, following progress, and provide support in case issues arise. This shall include but not limited to developing requirements, bringing clarity on scope, success criteria, timelines, pricing, etc. in consultation with client and HCL stakeholders. Program Lead should have good grasp on timely and insightful Risk management and mitigation. Should have good knowledge of Testing including test automation Program Lead shall coordinate efforts among teams, partners, Client and stakeholders. Program Lead shall develop effective schedules and suggest action items for successful completion of the project. Program Lead must effectively and regularly communicate project status, timely escalate issues and see through to their satisfactory resolution. He shall be ultimately responsible driving progress and achieving external and internal commitment Program Lead shall propose solutions to technical constraints using their technical expertise and experience, as well as provide expertise for escalated quality problems. Program Lead should be able to anticipate bottlenecks in the development cycle and take timely action to overcome. Program Lead must ensure proper review and implementation of best practices. Program Lead is expected to suggest changes to optimize cost without compromising quality of deliverables or customer satisfaction. Program Lead must be problem solvers with excellent leadership skills who can motivate the team to meet business commitment. Experience in Analytics will be a plus Travel 15 20 %
