Location: Azusa, CA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Manager 2 for a great client in Azusa, CA. This job will have the following responsibilities

  • Collaborate in regular quarterly reviews with vendors.
  • Manage vendor performance statistics, issues, or concerns, and resolve, as appropriate.
  • Manage vendor invoices to ensure accuracy for services provided and adherence to service level agreements and other terms and conditions.
  • Develop and manage budget for outsourcing vendors.
  • Identify key operational metrics indicative of vendor performance and monitor/track these indicators to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate in regular quarterly business reviews with vendors.
  • Monitor and support regulatory efforts that could impact vendors
  • Provide input into the prioritization of new projects for Operations
  • Perform root cause analysis on operational performance metrics
  • Manage the tracking of resources for onboarding, offboarding, and training
  • Communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to management Required Skills/Attributes
  • Must have a Bachelor or higher degree in business or related discipline.
  • Three (3) or more years in the area of analysis using spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data from multiple sources in order to identify and highlight trends, anomalies and operational patterns Desired Skills/Attributes
  • Advanced degree in business or related field.
  • Green/Black Belt Six Sigma Lean
  • Three (3) or more years of Customer Contact Center Management experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of Contract Management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract principles.
  • Understanding of Customer Contact Center and/or Billing functions and responsibilities.
  • Thorough understanding of policies and procedures including Quality Standards.
  • Self-starter with track record of driving solutions and accomplishments in rapidly changing environments
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, financial, interpersonal and decision-making skills
