Corporate Services/Relocation Director

Busy real estate firm seeking dynamic, outgoing individual to act as the liason between companies that are relocating employees and connecting them to real estate agents and helping with a smooth transition to Augusta! Work with Relocation Coordinator to assign the best agents to each incoming referral and manage that process from assignment to close. Build and Strengthen relationships with local corporations and explore new companies to partner with on their relocation needs. Chamber involvement with Columbia, Richmond, and Aiken counties. Conference and workshop attendance.

Maintain, develop and strengthen relationships with global relocation management companies through regular communication and promotions. Oversee daily office procedures, which include corporate, affinity, broker-to-broker and Relocation department referrals for home sales and home finding. Agent training and entering all leads/contacts into software program.

Marketing experience/real estate license or willingness to become licensed!
