Responsibilities include providing highly confidential administrative support for the owner of Silvies Valley Ranch, both personally and professionally. Duties are varied and will change from time to time, but will include such tasks as: typing and electronic filing of documents and spreadsheets; creating organizational charts, slide presentations, menus, signs, forms and lists; scheduling meetings and calendaring appointments; sending and responding to emails; making travel arrangements; updating and ordering business cards, letterhead, envelopes, signs, printed forms, and branded products and apparel; updating handbooks and manuals; data entry at Chevon for kidding recordkeeping; and, driving and/or accompanying Sandy as needed.

To accomplish these tasks and others, you will need to be proficient in keyboarding and various types of software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio, and Adobe InDesign. Please refer to the attached Personal Business Manager Job Description for more detail on these and other duties and responsibilities. Housing can be part of salary. Salary commiserate of experience and attitude $50,000-$60,000.
