Switchboard Operator- Part Time

SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR

WAGE: $13/HOUR

SCHEDULE: 2 WEEKS WORKING 40 HOURS, NEXT 2 WEEKS WORK 25 HOURS WITH ROTATION TO CONTINUE

LOCATION: DUBUQUE IA

The Switchboard Operator is responsible for supporting business by operating switchboard and connecting callers to the appropriate person.

1.Provides exceptional customer service on the phone and in person.

2.Maintains front entrance security.

3.Receives and processes incoming and outgoing calls for the business.

4.Relays and routes written and verbal messages.

5.Greets visitor and obtains name and nature of business.

6.Performs clerical duties, such as typing, proofreading, accepting orders, scheduling appointments, and sorting mail.

7.Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.

8.Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma/GED.

1.Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

2.Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
