J Rettenmaier USA LP is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their Schoolcraft, MI team.

Hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a business field or related industry

3+ years of relevant marketing experience

Strong design and art production experience and skills utilizing Abode Creative Suite. Additional knowledge of Corel DRAW is a plus.

Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word, and Power Point. Experience with SAP B1 is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist sales representatives with sample/prototype provisions, tradeshow materials, marketing supplies, etc. as necessary.

Assist BU Managers in sales, inventory, cost and profit research and reporting on spend related to marketing activities.

Develop network of contacts with BUs’ sales and marketing assistants at JRS Germany in order to speed internal global communication.

Duties:

Organize all aspects of trade shows for all BUs (e.g., reserve booth space, coordinate creation of booth design, secure travel plans, ensure delivery and return of trade show materials, etc.).

Maintain and renew directory listings and advertisements.

Monitor and update JRS USA LinkedIn page and all website content.

Analyze industry trends to promote JRS product in a relevant manner within all current and future trends.

Harmonize Web site requests to provide appropriate image and page files for the JRS USA website. Work with JRS Group Web designers to develop appropriate graphic images.

Ensure global marketing pieces are translated into American English properly by cooperating and coordinating with other international JRS offices.

Create meaningfully differentiated value propositions and positioning of all JRS USA ingredients and solutions, current and in the future, in key selected markets in ways sales teams can easily execute for success.

Work closely with various sales managers to develop key customer growth strategies, targeted presentations, and purposeful product demonstrations in the focus areas identified.

Write press releases for a variety of trade magazines and email advertising campaigns, as business needs merit.

Build and maintain relationships with the relevant JRS USA BUs’ and the marketing department at JRS Germany.

Create synergies between print, tradeshow, and digital ads/presence to establish unified marketing campaigns like e blasts.

Analyze campaign results, tradeshow success, and website traffic data to enhance customer interactions.

Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
