The successful Technical Software Support Engineer will join a team with high growth plans and be afforded career growth and learning opportunities as they progress through the business. The Role
  • Troubleshoot & monitor working environments.
  • Build & distribute issues lists to stakeholders.
  • Client facing support position when required.
  • Create documentation for support procedures.
  • Own support issues to resolution & driving resolution.
  • Prioritize support tickets in an urgent to low urgency order & complete.

The Person

The Successful candidate will have some if not all:
  • Previous troubleshooting experience within infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux servers.
  • Exposure to AWS or GCP or Azure.
  • Knowledge of devops environment & tools such as docker.
  • Exposure to python scripting/programming.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools.
  • Fintech experience a big plus.
