Specific Job Role This role is a mixture of business analyst and technical skill set. The person in this position will work with CCA business teams to understand the strategy and decisioning business rules that need to be put in place to support the Global Connected Customer Experience business. Drive innovative analytical approaches across the broader team and conceptualize and execute solutions to ambiguous problems. Once the business rule requirements are identified the person will work with the IT development teams and Pegasystems version 8.4 to build and expand the necessary decision services. This position supports our Global Enterprise Decision Management practice/platform.General Characteristics • Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex • Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area required • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals required • Knowledge and ability to effectively use of computer software as it pertains to job responsibilities • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate/unit policies and procedures Analytic Project Execution: • Understand business priorities and work out data driven solutions • Hands-on execution on a variety of projects using conventional analytical techniques, deliver on multiple projects and ability to manage timelines around them. • Collaborate with colleagues to leverage best practices • Ability to handle complex data and generate meaningful business insights • End to end project management and coach team members Business Knowledge: • Develop business context and knowledge • Proactively seek out best practices and adopt the same in day to day functioning Communication: • Independently manage communication with Global teams • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and present to all levels of the organization. Team Work: • Effectively contribute and add value to cross functional initiatives • Seek to learn from other areas within the site to improve analytic approaches for the team Organizational Development: • Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc. Role Specific • At least 4 years experience with Pega PRPC & Decision Management or related discipline • Automotive Service Lane Experience • Languages & Tools: PRPC 8.4, J2EE, Web Services-SOAP, REST API, SOAP-UI, Servlets, JSP, UML • Web/Application Servers: Web Logic, Web Sphere, and Apache Tomcat. • Web Technologies: SOAP, REST, HTML, XML, CSS. • Databases: Oracle8.x/9.x/7.x, DB2, SQL Server. Education and Training • Masters College degree with a major in Computer Science or Engineering • PEGA Certifications: Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant; Pega Certified Data Scientist; Pega Certified Business Architect Will be Work From Home, however, may need to go into the Warren Tech center for collaboration.
