Southern NH sitework contractor is seeking motivated and eager to learn individual to assist the Office Manager. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of construction experience/knowledge and have worked and thrived in a busy office environment. Candidate must be able to work with frequent interruptions and still complete required work. Must be able to prioritize work. Duties will expose you to all facets of our business including but not limited to: accounts receivable/payable, human resources, material sales and delivery and more.

Primary responsibilities include:

-Answering and screening phone calls

-Greet visitors and process material sales

-Monitor office supplies and order as needed

-On line research

-Create Word/Excel templates as needed

-Accept and process material sales

-Maintain & update subcontractor insurance certificates

-Maintain & update ongoing Digsafe records

-Update and maintain various HR forms

-Monitor and maintain fleet fuel slips

-Maintain & record IFTA mileage reports

-Run errands as assigned

-Assist Office Manager with various task as needed such as AP invoice matching & data entry and other varied tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

-High school graduate or equivalent

-2-3 years of office experience

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook and various internet applications and have the ability to learn new software with ease

-Good written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to successfully navigate the internet for research
