Logistics Dispatcher Needed OFFICE ASSITANT

Looking for Logistics Dispatchers (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Job Summary:

- Dispatching drivers for pickups and deliveries

- Monitor and track driver activity - ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time

- Updating system with load info

- Reporting detentions and any other issues that arise immediately

- Booking loads / negotiating rates

- Customer service - answering phones / emails with tracking updates

- Build relationships with drivers and coworkers

Qualifications include:

- Previous knowledge of freight movement (PREFERED)

- Excellent communication, leadership skills and negotiation skills

- Ability to multitask

- Team player
