Job Description and Duties: Receptionist will help with various office tasks, including but not limited to the following:
Make a great first impression for people calling and visiting the firm
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Take accurate phone messages
Greet clients and escort them to and from their meeting room. Inform other employees of client arrivals or cancellations
Schedule appointments and calendar deadlines
Scan, copy, print, sort, rename, organize, and file away documents
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
Input client information into software system with precision
Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Excel formulas for basic algebraic equations
Proofread and edit documents for clarity, grammar, and spelling
Transcribe dictations
Ensure reception area and conference rooms are clean, tidy, and presentable
Other clerical and receptionist duties
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum education level expected: High School Diploma. Some college preferred.
No prior experience or training is required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Must be available 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday when office is open
Compensation:
$12.00 to $14.00 per hour. Based on experience.
Full-time 40 hours per week
Once eligibility and milestones are obtained, 401k, vacation, holiday pay, and bonuses may be offered.
