We are looking for a Lead Licensed Massage Therapist to guide our

wellness team on Alyeska Resort’s newest endeavor, The Alyeska Nordic Spa.

Part massage therapist, part coach, part champion of wellness. We are looking for candidates who are passionate, organized, and expert in their field.

This a full time, year round, benefited position.

Responsibilities include:

Provides ongoing training and feedback to all employees throughout the employee life cycle.

Effectively plans, checks, and manages the massage therapist team schedule via Spa Software throughout the day to maximize availability of treatments.

Provides therapeutic massage and bodywork tailored to guest needs.

Maintains professional product inventory for in treatment use.

remains diligent in ensuring massage therapists are following all professional standards and internal SOP's at all times.
