Commercial Restoration Company based in Warrenton, Virginia now hiring an Office Manager/Accounting Assistant. Please submit your Cover Letter, Resume, References, and Salary History/Requirements. Primary Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Accounts Payable Processing, Bi-Monthly Vendor Payment Processing, Monthly Vendor Account Reconciliations, Negotiated Contract Billing, Weekly Employee Expense Reports, Weekly Report Processing for Projects, Monthly Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations, and Daily Office Duties including Phones, Filing, Correspondence, Supply Ordering, Office Equipment, and Providing Support to Team Members including Field Operations Manager, Estimators, Superintendent, Project Manager and Executive Team.

Degree in Business or Accounting is Preferred but will consider experience in accounting and office management over education. Experience in a Construction Business is Preferred. Excellent Communication Skills, Decision Making Skills, Attention to Detail, and the Ability to Follow Instruction and Work Independently ARE ALL REQUIRED. Software programs used daily include Quickbooks Premier and Microsoft Office, Proficiency in these programs is required. Additional software includes Adobe; would prefer working knowledge in this program.

Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm daily. Maintaining a Calendar, Master List, Being Punctual and Daily Attendance are non-negotiable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
