Responsibilities:

Answer residential and commercial client calls - Dispatch technicians accordingly

Answers call from future clients and schedule services appropriately

At night time, post to classifieds, social media, and advertise effectively.

Maintain records, logs, and schedules

Prepare reports on all activities occurring during your shift

Qualifications:

Must be able to start within the next week

High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED.

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have your own transportation

Must be flexible with scheduling, Nights(until 11 pm or 12 midnight as needed),

Weekends (Must work Saturdays and Sundays)

This job requires 5-6 days a week availability

Skills and Knowledge Required:

Ability to answer multiple phone calls at a time - maintaining all customers on the line.

Ability to organize, improvise, and implement schedules

Ability to read, comprehend and understand a map(use google maps)

Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs

Strong written and oral communication skills

Clear speech and pleasant phone demeanor

Ability to use a multi-line phone system and handle multiple tasks concurrently

Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers on all levels.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work weekends and nights. We are open late and have to be available to work in office space until midnight or later.

Most of the work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.

The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, using phones, typing, and looking at a computer screen.

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO CHANGE SCHEDULES AT LAST MINUTE NOTICE

Minimum pay is $13.00/Hour - Which can increase depending on experience.
