- Manage multiple projects at the same time
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Work directly with project owner(s) and sponsor(s) to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop a detailed comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Identify project risks and define risk reduction and mitigation plans
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- 5+ years of proven working experience in project management
- Advanced degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience in managing large, complex enterprise wide projects with multiple business stakeholders, multiple vendors, and multiple business units
- Experience with or understanding of Pharma data/industry with the emphasis on commercial operations and business analytics
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and experienced with change management
- Excellent collaboration and communications skills when interfacing with the client, vendors, stakeholder groups and technical teams
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership
- Ability to identify interdependencies and synergies between multiple program workstreams
- Understanding of technology strategy, Business Intelligence, and/or Data Analytics concepts is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
