- Serve as primary technical advisor to management and provide programmingperspective on requirements
- Provide technical leadership & mentorship to members of the DevelopmentTeam
- Oversee & lead all development effort of the strategic features of IQAirwebsites
- Determine and initiate opportunities to optimize the site architecture to reachSEO traffic targets
- Work with colleagues, Project Managers and Product Owners to supportvarious marketing automation initiatives (i.e., auto-mailer, integration withGoogle Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- Work with colleagues and Project Managers to build and refine functionalityfor web applications
- Develop innovative, reusable Web-based tools for our line of air purifierproducts
- Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the DevelopmentTeam to both develop detailed specification documents with clear projectdeliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Produce project estimates during R&D process, including expertise required,total number of people required, total number of development hoursrequired, etc
- Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/HTML 5themes
- Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and makerelevant recommendations to R&D
- Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy anyprogress and/or delays. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide highvalue-of-service to clients
- Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and theopportunities to integrate them into operations and activities
- Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive thosefrom concept to implementation
- Attend meetings during the R&D process and during development
- Travel
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in written form
- 6+ years of development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field or equivalentexperience
- Must have strong skills in the Microsoft .NET Framework environment(including: Visual Studio, C#). Other Frameworks knowledge/experience likeAngularJS, React etc. is a plus
- Strong knowledge of web & server architectures
- Strong knowledge of the browser’s DOM and understand the differencebetween the various browsers
- NetSuite experience highly desired
- Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
