Project Coordinator II

Contract Length: 14 months

Contractor Job Benefits: Eligible for medical, vision, dental, paid sick time, and 401K.

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Extensive calendaring and meeting coordination
  • Responsible for working with the Workstream Lead(s) to coordinate preparation of agendas and meeting minutes as well as being the point of contact for the team
  • Generate, disseminate and maintain team documents and information
  • Manage deadlines related to business planning as well as other special projects
  • Arrange and coordinate logistical support for meetings
  • Assist with collaboration activities within the group
  • Maintain the Workstream virtual area, and support the Workstream Teams as required.
  • Provide administrative support to effective manage the Workstreams infrastructure and tools
  • Manage and maintain Workstreams infrastructure in electronic document management system(s)
  • Develop, track, and maintain Workstream performance metrics
  • Support and maintain the Workstream s Methodology procedural Playbook
  • Provide additional ad hoc project management support as required by the Automation Sub-PM

Summary of Qualifications:
  • AA degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelors degree preferred)
  • Some project coordination experience
  • Strong administrative technical skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Corporate Time Calendar required.
  • Strong, working knowledge of electronic document management and solid concept of data management via use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
  • Demonstrated effective time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated change management skills, as well as versatility in responding to change
  • Demonstrated ability to take a process or project into implementation.
  • Demonstrated project coordination and process management skills
  • Process-oriented with solid analytical skills and demonstrate problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, influencing and persuasion skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and proactive approach that is results focused
