IT Program Administrative AssistantJob Description

  • The selected candidate will work as a member of the Information Technology (IT) Program Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for providing administrative support for assigned large projects within Capital Programs.
Project Specific Role:
  • Duties include meeting scheduling, electronic document filing, tracking and obtaining document approvals, taking and publishing meeting minutes, and other clerical duties as assigned.
  • Ideal candidate with have administrative assistant experience with a focus on large project support.
Experience/Skills Required
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years administrative assistant experience.
  • Candidate must be skilled in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with Sharepoint and Teams is a plus.
