APARTMENT GROUNDSKEEPER/PORTER

We are immediately hiring for Groundskeepers to start ASAP in the Atlanta Area.
Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
Pressure Washing and Blowing out breezeways and common areas.
Minor painting, spray gun experience a plus!
Minor Landscaping
Vacant unit Trash Outs
Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Groundskeeper Requirements:
At least 6 months of grounds keeping experience preferred
Reliable transportation required
The ability to safely lift 60 pounds
