Personal Assistant

Hello!

I am a busy professional, step-mom, MBA student, and human rights activist who needs a personal assistant. I need someone whom I can count on, who cares about providing service in the community, and who enjoys learning about business.

This is my first personal assistant job post so I'd like for it to start out part-time 15-20 hours a week with the option to increase hours as needed.

Job Description:

This job has a flexible schedule and you would be providing good in the community by assisting me in community service, work projects, and personal house cleaning and errands.

Although there are times where you can work from home, you must be local in Idaho due to travel and in-person tasks.

Compensation is $12-15/hour DOE, and you must have your own, reliable transportation.

Here are some examples of Household/Personal Errands you would be asked to do:

Grocery Shopping

Errands/Shopping

Transportation to appointments (not specifically for me, but people we serve in our community)

Pet care

House cleaning

Here are some examples of administrative business-related items you would be asked to do:

Schedule appointments

Make travel arrangements & inquiries

Emails & Correspondence

Party Planning & Management

Marketing projects

Research

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
