Medical Oxygen Service Technician

Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Service Technician to join our team in Cedar Falls, IA. Your job will include educating customers on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check-in to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust amongst your customers. No CDL is required for this position!

A day in the life:

-Make deliveries in a straight truck or van

-Educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment

-Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy

-Resolve equipment issues, as needed

Our top candidate will have:

-Current state issued driver’s license

-Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check, drug test, and DOT physical

-Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry heavy equipment daily

-Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills

-A desire to work with the public and help others obtain a better quality of life

Additional, preferred skills/licensure:

-CDL is a plus, but not required

-Bilingual is a plus
