Mortgage Field Inspector

Currently seeking self-motivated individuals to perform mortgage field service inspections. Inspections are performed to verify occupancy of homes and property condition, performed on behalf of large lending institutions and mortgage companies. Inspections are performed on a mobile app and consist of taking 5-8 photos per order and filling out a short form on the mobile app. There are also vacant interior walk through inspections that take 10-12 minutes along with 40-50 photos.

This is a 1099 independent contractor job. Qualified candidates must possess their own reliable transportation, a smart phone, laptop or computer with printer, GPS (to locate properties). Individuals should be highly organized, self motivated and have good communication skills; vendors must pass a industry standard background check as well.

This is perfect job for those that may be currently already driving for a living (Uber drivers, Lytf drivers , delivery drivers, process servers, skip tracers, mobile notaries, part time workers looking for extra income, etc).
