Description:Seeking a Field Services Technician to support end users working in state run offices in the Owensboro area and surrounding counties. Field Services is looking to fill a Temporary Desktop Support position in District 2, Owensboro area. This position will be an onsite role, working directly with customers, as required. The position is 40 hours per week, for the duration of our CC19 project only. We are looking for a very knowledgeable, experienced tech with great customer service skills. The candidate needs to be experienced in desktop support: installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily windows based environment, with some experience in Apple mobile products. The candidate also needs to have basic network troubleshooting skills.Upon completion of the CC19 project, the client will determine whether or not there is a long term position available. If performance is strong, this contractor will be considered for the long term (renewed annually) position.Skills:helpdesk, desktop, hardware, software, troubleshoot, network, windows, outlook, exchange, o365, internet explorer, server, win10Top Skills Details:1.
