- Understands and ensures all BPA policies and procedures are adhered to at all times by staff. Creating reports and compiling data to ensure compliance for our customers and audit department.
- Assist with meaningful and accurate workplace metrics for the business (analyze data, assess risk, interpret results and recommend appropriate actions, alternatives, and solutions) to drive proactive, data-driven business decisions
- Other related projects as appropriate
Requirements:- Must be working towards a bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Technology or related field; > 3.0 GPA preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate to strong Excel skills
- Enjoys thinking analytically to suggest solutions and solve problems
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and written
- Demonstrates attention to detail; superb organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
- Works independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Project management and research skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
