The Manufacturing HR Coordinator serves as a subject matter expert and touches all aspects of the employee experience and lifecycle within the client. The resource owns the implementation and continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and interpretation of all HR data for employees. Please reach out to me for immediate interview, JILIAN GENODIA Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:HR Administrative Processes Provide high-quality, timely, and professional service to customers (production employee & line managers) in responding to queries, advising on policies and procedures and managing HR admin processes related to Payroll, Attendance, and HR data.Key Performance Indicator Analysis Streamline reporting processes on HR key performance indicators (KPIs), such as employee turnover, vacant roles, and time to hire on a weekly and monthly cadence. Manage and optimize existing dashboards for HR key performance indicators to enable leadership decision-making Provide analysis and recommendations to support the long-term HR strategy and ongoing engagement initiatives for the businessIntegrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) Provide support to the plant IL6S initiative which includes data analysis, reporting, and participation on site pillar teams. Responsibility includes both support and leadership of IL6S initiativesLeaves of Absence, Separations and Policy Administration Manage all aspects of leave of absence, separations, and other policy administration. Acts as the site lead in owning policy sources and records for accuracy. The Manufacturing HR Coordinator will be expected to understand company policies to support employee relations processes. The role also supports the Bakery in delivery of other HR processes such as employee relations and local training.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required (All majors accepted; Human Resources, Business preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment Familiarity with HR systems, processes and practices preferred (e.g. SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce) Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel preferred (Pivot tables, Filtering and Sorting Cells) Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills required Strong accuracy and attention to detail Self-directed, effective multi-tasker, problem solver and able to manage fluctuating workload Proactive leader who takes initiative Team player with demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to lead and/or facilitate business process improvements Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred About Stefanini Group The Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
