Kelly Services is seeking a Business Planning Analyst - Digital Solutions for our Client. Job Title: Business Planning Analyst - Digital Solutions Location: Remote Type: Contract (W2) Length: 5 months (Possibility of Extension) Pay Rate: $29/HR Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (days) Overview:

• A highly cross-functional role, you will support the ongoing implementation of two key projects - Salesforce and Net Promoter System, both important aspects of how we shape our customer experience internally and externally.
• You will work alongside sales, marketing, communications, business management and other functional areas to formulate activities to support implementation.
• You will support our community of Salesforce users as a point of contact for questions as well as develop reporting, dashboards and analytics tailored to specified user groups to build meaningful datasets.
• You will generate training content to engage users on frequently accessed topics to create a PMN Salesforce video stream.
• You will also be responsible for developing a process to support our regional NPS outer loop feedback process as well as training our sales organization on this initiative.
• As a key contributor to the team, you will take an active role in leading the organization through the onboarding, training, change management, adoption and support to facilitate their transition to the NPS program overall.
