Field Support Analyst

Description Robert Half is seeking a Field Support Analyst for a client located in Highland, CA. Field Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting with all end user requests including: user provisioning/de-provisioning, hardware/software installs/troubleshooting/repairs, networking Moves/Adds/Changes and more! In addition, Field Support Analyst will be responsible for VoIP phone configurations/troubleshooting, in-house/vendor application troubleshooting/problem resolution. Field Support Analyst must have thorough documentation experience along with great customer service and communication skills! Requirements Field Support Analyst Responsibilities: Two (2) years computer experience [working directly with workstations, servers, phone systems, mobile devices, networking, or printers]At least 1 year of experience working with Active DirectoryAbility to solve technical problems, work well under stress, and follow instructionsAbility to be flexible and support a 24/7 production environment comprised of workstations, laptops, mobile device, network devices and printersExperience with ticketing systems and ability to document issues thoroughly Vendor experience a PLUS!
