Contract-to-Hire opportunity in the Akron / Canton area. This is a very exciting growth position with one of the top employers in the area. Mostly remote thru Covid, then 2 days/wk in office. The successful candidate will have:• A 2 or 4-year degree in computer science or related equivalent experience.• Minimum of 3 years as an IT Business Analyst• Excellent meeting facilitation skills.• The ability and genuine desire to quickly learn new business processes, applications, skills andtechnologies.• PMI, CBAP, BABOK or equivalent certification(s) a plus. You will expected to be at a level where you can walk in, get up to speed very quickly on 2 projects in flight, be able to produce meeting minutes to display understanding, and have the confidence and ability to start facilitating meetings probably in week 2 in the role.Exodus Integrity Services (EIS) is an equal opportunity employer.
