POS Test Lead Location: Texas/ Atlanta GA Duration: 6+ Months

  • 10+ years of experience in Point-of-Sale (Inbound and Outbound) and various Payment Methods testing. Experience on NCR Emerald POS is a plus
  • Experience with creating Test Strategy, test Planning and procedures
  • Devise, the document, and execute detailed test plans for all assigned projects
  • Assist with trouble-shooting production-level issues, behaviors, and potential problems/defects
  • Conduct comprehensive testing on all software products and applications for back office and POS system
  • Very good in managing the Onshore and Offshore Team model
  • Formal risk assessments (internal and external) and mitigations
  • Issue and escalation management. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Working experience on Agile Methodology
  • Work closely with Product and Project Management teams to develop and maintain release plans, provide testing estimates and report testing status
    • Resource should have below mentioned Skil set as well along with JD
    • Should be able to Write test strategy and plan
    • Should be able to provide thought leadership
    • Good Business communication and client presentable resource
    • Should help with future business development.
