Office Assistant-Construction

Holt Roofing is seeking an Office assistant/customer service-person to join our team. This is a 74 year old Family business that is looking for a postive, friendly person with strong communication skills and a passion to help customer. (small office office atmosphere)

Job Duties Include:

Answering phones of multi lines

Scheduling sales calls/appointments

Support Office Duties

Preparing Invoices/Account receivables

Excellent in customer service

Organizational skills with attention to detail

Quickbooks a must

Working knowledge of Microft Office, Excel, Access and Google Calender

Ability to handle multiple tasks and is detailed oriented to ensure accurate flow of information
