Family owned Granite and Marble countertop fabricator and installer seeking highly motivated individual for an open position as a project coordinator with administrative and office management responsibilities.

Duties would include:

Daily communication with builders and clients to confirm schedule dates

Daily communication with builders and clients to confirm job completion and approvals

Maintaining an active log to track job status and share with staff

Various administrative and office duties

Ability to function and multi-task under a busy and fast paced work environment while keeping a positive and pleasant attitude.

Meet and greet clients.

Experience:

1 year experience in customer service

2 years experience in project coordination, administrative, or equivalent

Basic knowledge operating computers and other office devices and systems

Ability to work and solve problems independently

Part time 20-30 hrs per week Monday through Friday
