Automotive Clerical Support

We are looking for receptionist who can work independently, have good computer skills and are great with people. Cashier and Customer Service experience are preferred.

Job Duties:

Greeting customers

Answer all incoming calls

Check vehicle in and verify Repair Order is filled out properly and signed

Ordering Parts for Technician and entering into computer system

Calling customers about status of vehicle

Collect all customer payments and properly closes out drawer daily
