Occupancy Specialist Needed

Occupancy Specialist Needed at Southmoor Hills Apartments.

Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Necessary skills include: answering phones, customer service, basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft word and outlook, math skills, and written and oral communication skills.

Must be able to operate a 10 key calculator, 4-line telephone, a fax machine, copier, and scanner.

Section 8 or Tax Credit knowledge preferred but not necessary.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
