Program:
Sam.gov
o Small business are submitting their business applications to the Sam.gov site. They will be answering questions on how to submit their application, application updates, questions about application timelines etc.
Shift:
Training: 1 week
o Mon-Fri 9-5:30
After training assigned a shift:
o Call center is open Mon-Fri 8am-8-pm
o Start time is between 10:30-11 AM and end time is 7:30-8PM
Pay Rate:
Only paid for working hours
Sick Leave and paid federal holidays
o Accrue 1.3 hours per week
o 1 sick day accrued after 6 weeks of work
Contract Length:
6 month with potential to go perm with GDIT
Job Description
Answers incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information of a non-technical nature.
Responds to customer inquiries, provides customers with product and service information and processes orders, forms and applications.
May also make outboard service calls to potential customers.
Utilizes mechanized systems to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests.
Researches required information using available resources. Identifies and escalates priority issues and complaints.
Follows up customer calls where necessary.
Completes call logs and produces call reports.
May be required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels.
May assist in training new employees.
