Disabled Westlake area resid seeks PCA help(Ideal for college kids)

32 year old disabled male with CP looking for Westlake area or near by resident to help with 3-5 dinners and 1 or 2 local driving errands such as Walmart, Stop & Shop etc.
Dinners are Mon to Thur with the option of adding Sun's. Dinner's start between 4 and 5pm and last 2hrs on average. You'll need to prepare light and easy meals and assist with feeding followed by clean up what was used for the preparation. If there's just 2 dinner's that you can do on a regular basis, more then one person could hired for the dinner hours.
Errands, you'll have 24 to 36hrs notice. Disabled resident has a Dodge Grand Caravan with an electric ramp to load his scooter which you'll be taught how to use and secure the scooter by a current staff member.
Must be 21 and clean driving record.
Must be non smokers NO EXCEPTIONS!
