Here, on the Big Island,we work on homes. We work directly with home owners.

HPP, Hilo, Pahoa, Mt View, Volcano, up the coast mostly around Hilo & HPP. We are based HPP.

We do not work with Builders, Real Estate Agents, House Flippers or flips. Only solid home owners, directly. Easier life this way. We do construction outside peacefully uninterrupted, without a construction site! ;). Cherry.

I am looking for a person who is as reliable, as the sun. A person with a reliable truck and racks to carry a 12 foot ladder, pressure washers and other items. A super fit strong lean agile person with roof experience and endurance. Must be able to be on a metal roof all day! Hydrated. ( Zero energy drinks person, only water hydration person!) Must be comfortable wearing rigging harnesses and using rope lines to stay alive. A truly honest fearless person who is at peace and comfortable on a 2 level roof or a 2 level ladder. A person who is comfortable walking on wet two level building, metal roof " while pressure cleaning roof! Or wearing a paint mask and using an airless sprayer" Wet metal roofs with up to 12:6 pitch. A person with pressure cleaning experience or and rope access rigging work, a true benefit. Airless sprayer experience valuable.

What we do is all the jobs most, can not do, do not want to do or are to scared to do. That is what we do. We do special work and get paid special too.

Clean Water Solutions

Roof, Gutters, Return Lines, Catchment Tank Clean. - complete clean water solution.

We chemically treat and pressure wash roofs, 1 & 2 level homes.

We do gutter pressure wash cleaning, 1 & 2 levels

We do complete external surfaces of buildings chemical treat and pressure wash.

We clean solar panels

We clean hot water solar units

We do cleaning of internal 3" catchment lines from building to catchment tank.

We do structural roof Restoration and roof leak repairs.

We do complete roof Restoration including full color coatings.

We do catchment tank restorations and color coatings, spray finish.

Off Grid Services

We run a generator and water supply bypass pump, directly from catchment tank to provide water to 2 gas pressure washers, on site. We can bypass any off grid system to get our job done. Small off grid or large job that needs two men and two machines.
