Position Summary:
The Call Taker will have the ability to accurately take incoming requests while simultaneously documenting the information electronically for transportation services.
Skills:
Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be able to type rapidly and accurately enough to successfully perform data entry as necessary.
Abilities:
Must be able to act calmly and promptly in stressful situations.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with the public.
Ability to learn computer aided dispatch system, fax and copy machine, phone system etc.
Must be willing to work irregular hours, holidays and overtime as necessary.
Ability to communicate clearly and be easily understood by others.
This is a 24 hour per day, seven days a week operation. This shift would require working swing shift, nights, and weekends.
We are looking to interview immediately.
Communicate effectively with callers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to tape a minimum of 30 words per minute.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites
