Property Manager

I am a property owner looking to hire a property manager to manage a 14 unit building in Lansing. This person will be responsible for unit turnover, leasing, rent collection and managing all tenant issues and addressing all emergencies. The pay will be based on a percentage of rents collected and no other benefits are provided. Prior property management experience is required specially experience as a leasing agent. Experience in advertising apartments for rent is strongly required. If interested please respond.
