myRNStaffing Solutions is assisting our client in Cadillac, Michigan, to hire a hardworking, compassionate and caring Registered Nurse. Nursing in a smaller rural hospital allows the team to work closely and really feel like a family. This position allows you to grow your skills and make a big impact on patient care. 3-month assignment working nights in Progressive Care; 12-bed telemetry monitored progressive care and 6 bed ICU unit. These parties are a wide variety of complex surgical and medical patients. Common diagnoses are cardiac, sepsis, and respiratory failure related.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $40-50/hour

Responsibilities of the PCU Registered Nurse
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Regularly evaluate plans of care and update as-needed.
Educate patients and their families on how to follow care plans.
Provide nursing care to their patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
1-2 yrs recent experience
American Heart BCLS, ACLS, PALS,
Michigan State registered nurse license required
