Dispatchers/Customer Service Representative

We are looking to fill several full time positions. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, speak clearly and confidently, project a professional, friendly phone manner. Our office is high call volume and multi-tasking is a must. Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn new programs quickly. Experience in the transportation industry is extremely helpful. Must be reliable and able to work in a busy and friendly small office environment. Training is in-house and currently most agents are working remotely. We will be following CDC guidelines to determine the return date to full time in our office.

The positions require a person who is able to work all shifts (24/7) and our office is open 365 days of the year. We offer paid training and paid lunch breaks. The training period is 90 days with a raise upon completion.
