We are currently looking for a Full Time Customer Relations Specialist in our beautiful Nashua, NH location.
Hours: Varying Schedule
Mon - Sun: 9:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Description: Completes various office support functions in the day to day retail store operations.
Responsibilities:
Accounting functions
Receives all cash, checks and/or bankcard charges for initial deposits, subsequent payments or CODs for sales orders written in a specific store
Inputs accurate data in various computer screens to indicate their receipt and appropriate allocation
Successfully operates and balances various authorization machines such as those used for bankcard approval, check approval and/or finance company approvals
Balances individual drawer representing the day's transactions at the end of the shift
Customer Interactions functions
Converts RES into sales orders in SOM, editing sales consultant's work, as needed
Gives customers receipts and explains company policies
Assists customers in the completion of the finance application
Explains finance insurance to customer
Assist customers in simple questions regarding the arrival of their furniture, deliveries
Assists Delivery department by:
Calling customers and scheduling deliveries found by working filled SOR reports
Calling customers two days prior to delivery to confirm delivery times, addresses and CODs by working with TDM
Clerical functions
Promptly answers all incoming calls and directs to the appropriate personnel
Types letters and memos for managers as time permits
Assists in the running of reports as designated by Office Supervisor or Lead A/R
Understands the operation of copy and fax machines and assists others in doing so
Filing of applications, memos, forms, etc, as necessary
Performs all duties in a safe manner and maintains a neat work area free from potential hazards at all times
Maintains a professional and courteous manner with all employees, visitors and/or customers
Adheres to all company policies and procedures
Operates all company equipment in a safe and proper manner
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma
Comfort with computers and data entry
Ability to professionally interact with the public
Attention to detail and accuracy
