Psychiatric Care Associates is looking to hire an Admin/Medical/Billing Assistant/TMS technician

The candidate needs to be willing to go through a background check.

Work Schedule:

Hours are Monday to Friday

40 hours per week as a rule.

Mostly 9 AM to 5:20 PM with half an hour break( to bring up to 40 hours)

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner.

(Intramuscular injection, deltoid, and gluteal.)

TMS procedural treatment (transcranial magnetic deep brain stimulation machine management).

Perform routine clinical tasks to support the medical staff.

Communicate electronically with insurance companies for proper billing procedures.

Escort patients to exam rooms.

Assisting billing( we outsourced our billing already)

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields.

Familiarity with medical billing procedures.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Communication Skills- Excellent written and verbal communications come in handy when delegating tasks, giving instruction, and providing feedback.

· Organizational Ability with minimal supervision - Typically handles procedures for routing mail and requesting supplies in the office and maintenance as needed.

· Written Expression - Must be adept at sending messages via email and social messaging. An eye for detail is essential when carefully proofreading important documents.

· Time Management- When unforeseen issues arise, administrative assistants, readjust priorities accordingly. Skilled administrative assistants use timely wisely to achieve outstanding productivity.

· Office Coordination- Administrative assistants manage office operations to keep work flowing without distractions or interruptions. They know how to use and maintain office equipment, such as copiers and scanners. Repair orders are placed in a timely manner. Supplies are regularly inventoried and ordered. Typically, this requires knowledge of basic booking to track purchases and stay within the office budget. Invoices are paid and refunds or exchanges processed.

· Strong interpersonal skills foster teamwork and create positive connections with patients

· Problem-Solving Skills- Mistakes and issues are corrected to keep patients satisfied.

· Efficiently manage a filing system, track incoming calls, and send outgoing correspondence. Confidential documents must be stored, retrieved, and shredded according to established office protocols for managing data.

Salary and Compensation:

Paychecks per 2 wks pay period.

6 months later all benefits are invested.
