Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing, writing, and editing technical documentation such as standard operating procedures, technical manuals, user manuals, and design documentation for Microsoft O365 Tenant for (Microsoft Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive).
  • Develop detailed design plans for software implementation (COTS), strategy, tasks, schedules, and identifies milestone dates to ensure proper sequencing of events, work efforts, and resources to accomplish objectives in the implementation of Microsoft O365 Tenant.
  • Develop and implement a network traffic generator for bandwidth and stress testing the VPN environment.
  • Work with third-party vendors in upgrading and implementing a Cybersecurity tool (Varonis) and setup monitoring user activity between the workstation to the Microsoft cloud-based technology as needed.
  • Ensure the redundant file system structure (integral parts of some operating/network systems) operate efficiently to ensure the data is current and accurate, and ensure that archived data and media is documented and handled in accordance with DNFSB policies and procedures.
  • Perform storage administration and maintenance to include that of Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices. Tasks include configuration, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance as well as maintaining high availability while preserving the Active Directory security access control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study.
  • Eight (8) or more years related experience in System Administration.
  • Microsoft Server 2016 or higher ce

    rtification.
  • Windows 10 certification.
  • AWS or Azure Cloud certification (preferred)
  • Must obtain appropriate DoDD 8570.01-M Computing Environment (CE) certification, such as Security+ or higher.
  • Must have 10+ years of total work experience in implementing COTS/GOTS products
  • Must have 5+ years of experience administering Cloud-based technology (MS Azure, Active Directory Federation Services, Conditional Access, Azure Sentinel, Cloud App Security, Windows Defender ATP, MS Teams, and OneDrive).
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows 10 with Office 365 and server 2012/2016 for the Server Administrators.
  • Skills required: network infrastructure/traffic, VPN, PKI infrastructure, Single-Sign-On and Smart Card Sign-On Services, distributed file system(DFS)/DFS replication, Windows Active Directory, Windows Group Policies, Certificate services, workstations, servers, and other network components and client software.
