We have an Opportunity for an Operations/Process Analyst position. Multiple Positions and Remote Work to Start with Full Time Opportunity with our Client Location: Atlanta / Minneapolis / Detroit / Boston / Cincinnati

Required skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Master’s of Science in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research / Supply Chain Management preferred.

Preference will be given to OPT Students.
  • Keen sense of customer satisfaction and driving customer satisfaction agenda across the team
  • Proficient with IT systems and tools used in the industry for time and attendance and logging in issues. Proficient IT skills (including MS Office)
  • Drive and enthusiasm to motivate team to success building a goal driven working environment
  • Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines & regulation, maintaining a clean & safe working environment
  • Analytical skills – ability to use reporting tools & metrics to manage the team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzes reports and records of operations and inspects facilities to determine effectiveness of existing methods and procedures and physical condition of facilities and equipment
  • Prepares and submits recommendations designed to improve efficiency of fueling services
  • Investigates causes of accidents and recommends safety measures for preventing further occurrences
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and ensuring employees successfully complete company's training program
  • Critical link in the development of positive working relationships with key stakeholders and customers and responsible for ensuring are always regarded as a professional, forward thinking and consistently reliable Ground Handler of choice.
  • Monitor & address quality issues as required.
  • Support shift manager in day to day running of the shift
  • Work with the resource planning team to monitor & support execution of the daily plan for resource utilization
