Executive Assistant with marketing and writing skill
South Carolina, Greenville / upstate , 29601 Greenville / upstate USA

Vacancy expired!

We are a small education and development company, serving clients with 1:1 coaching, group coaching programs and online-only programs and courses. We are looking for an Executive Asssistant with strong organizational skills, great communication and some online business experience. Work from home with the willingness to meet in person on occasion.

We’re looking for someone available for 7-10 hours a week who moves and learns fast, can handle changing course often, and brings a lot of heart and soul to their work - because that’s how we work, too! We love and appreciate entrepreneurial spirit and welcome new ideas, but a great fit for this position is someone who would rather check off a list of tasks - done well - than vision up their next idea. We need a doer who values great work with care.

For our part, we are flexible, heart-centered and value our team a whole lot. While we get a lot done in a day, we try to do it with fun and light-heartedness. We relish in our imperfect humanity and respect that in each other. We value clarity of communication, honest feedback with care and finishing what we start. These sound simple, but they aren’t always easy. We are devoted to doing our best with them anyway.

Skills and experience we’d like you to bring include:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (we are a communication education company, after all). Ideally, you’re a good writer with a bit of experience in marketing copy, such as a newsletter or product description. Editing/proofreading skill also a big plus.

· Attention to detail & finishing a project on time, done well. We struggle with details so we really need you to excel in this area!

· Executive Assistant-type ability to help our principal manage both daily tasks/email and bigger projects

· Ability to design, lead, and finish projects using Asana and tracking the responsibilities of 2-4 teammates on a given project

· Familiarity with Canva, Vimeo, and Kajabi to help structure and design online courses that are professional, warm, and maybe even elegant

· Ability to use WordPress to format blog posts and possibly do some basic website editing/updating

· Social media posting and tracking – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, as well as the ability to work with videos in Vimeo and YouTube

What else?

· You enjoy working independently and have a strong ability to figure something new out on your own –AND also recognize when you need to ask questions to keep a project moving

· Ability to serve as a first point of contact for Customer Care questions that come in via email

Apps we use with which you ideally have experience:

- Google suite: Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar

- Asana

- Kajabi

- Canva

- iMovie

- Wordpress

- Vimeo

- YouTube

We look forward to hearing from you!
