Job Description

• Manage Hubzu customer support teamswhile maintaining quality metric resultsrelated toinbound calls, emails and chats, from clients whoreach out regarding auctioned properties listed
• Coach and mentorteammates to ensure customer service interactions arequality and timely in execution
• Create and manage various reports related to team performance, improvements, challenges, goals, etc.
• Be the go to person/resource everydayin our Property Preservation unit of Altisource

Qualifications

• Residential, real estate or mortgage review experience from a mortgage lender or mortgage servicer experience is a plus!
• Established experience in managinga team, including being apoint of escalation
• Customer service or client relations experience,with expertise in handlingcustomer objections and escalations
• Experience working with one or more CRM's (e.g. Avature, Encore, or Salesforce.com) or Ticketing Tracking systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, Zendesk)
• Work well in a team environment alongside other Real Estate Professionals
• Proficiency in Spanish language (written and verbal) is a plus
• Coach and mentorassociates to ensure qualityscore requirements are metand customer service engagement is high
