- Experienced in telecom installation in its wide variety
- 4+ years of previous similar experience as a Telecommunications Technician
- Rigging and Antenna installation experience
- Good knowledge of telecom equipment
- Working at heights experience (up to 600ft) and certificate
- Knowledge of checking alarms in the system, their reporting and conducting remedial activities
- Experience working with test equipment
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office
- Good reporting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work as directed
- Flexibility and willingness to constantly travel
- Driving license: B category is desired
- Industry certificates are desired
- Maintain and promote a safety conscious environment on all sites and work areas assigned
- Lead all aspects of the tower works provided and competent in quality checking own work for punch walks
- Able to use all test equipment required for close by the customer
- Competent at COP submission and reporting to the FSM team to all required standards
- Coach and develop crew members to encourage growth within our crews
- Reporting of all issues and daily updates as requested by the CS team
- Make calls timely and prepared as directed by CS team
- Submit all assigned teams DFRS daily
- Report safety concerns to direct escalation path
- Report absences immediately
- Track and take care of all company issued equipment
- Ensure all DFRs are submitted daily
- CS/Senior CS/FSM tasks: technical support, crew issues, tools and vehicles
- PM tasks: access issues or landlord issues and design
- Warehouse/Scoping/FSM activities (missing material and up scopes)
- Report unresolved escalations to Ops Manager
- Work weekends when required
